I currently do not accept returns on products. Please read product descriptions carefully when ordering. 

If you have any questions about a product please contact me so we can make sure you are getting what you want and need, the first time! 

Orders are shipped 1-3 days after order is placed and come with insurance and tracking. 

Disclosure: As an herbal products curator my repertoire of ingredients contains many different botanicals, essential oils, essences, extracts, vegetable oils, beeswax, and butters. As such, please be aware of any personal allergies and/or medical conditions that may prohibit one from using a product. Moon Wise Herbals cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
